Top is comprised of green and gold tone bugle beads and white rhinestones. Clasp is signed, "Made in Italy, by Coppola e Toppo". Accompanied by the matched pair of earrings comprised of green and gold tone bugle beads and white rhinestones - signed verso, "Made in Italy, By Coppola e Toppo". A very similar suite in earth tones was commissioned for Valentino in 1967, via Vogue Italy. Also included is an image of from Sotheby's New York The Estate of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis April 23-26, 1996 auction catalog of a similar suite estimated at $500-700 which brought $18,000 (lot 508, page 341).
