Description
A SOUTHERN AMERICAN PRIMITIVE CYPRESS SLAB AND MAPLE REFECTORY TABLE, of carpenter's table form, the three inch thick, single plank, rectangular top, originally sawn during the early 19th century, most likely sourced from Mobile, Alabama, has two live edges and is raised on later added ring turned, tapered maple legs, joined by a lower cypress plank shelf. Height: 35" Width: 142 1/2" Depth: 29 1/4"
Condition
Some mild chips, losses, occasional surface stains, a few paint spray/drips, and general expected surface wear throughout, but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
