TWO AUSTRIAN ENAMELED AND ENGRAVED SILVER CALLING CARD CASES, HALLMARKED, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY, each of small rectangular pocket form, comprising a pale celadon green guilloché enameled case with rounded corners, enclosing a basket weave engraved border and hinged lid centering a reticulated flower filled blue champlevé basket, framed by black enamel lines and corner bell flowers, opening to a silver gilt interior, hallmarked twice on interior of lid and case with hexagonal Diana's head flanked by 2 (900 silver) and A (Vienna), next to silversmith's oval hallmark, length: 3 1/4", depth: 2 1/2"; together with another Austrian case of diminutive book form and having a conforming hinged lid issuing a shaped thumb piece, enclosing broad green enameled stripes within black enameled lines alternating engraved and bright cut foliate "C" scrolls, centering stylized pineapples amidst similar details and continuing throughout, trimmed in undulating leafy vine and opening to a silver gilt interior, with lid engraved, "Elizabeth Davis / Omaha," above stamped numbers and hallmarks, the case interior similarly marked and stamped, "MADE IN AUSTRIA / STERLING," flanked by, "25" and "40," length: 3 1/4", depth: 2 1/8".

The guilloché case has small areas of enamel loss on back left corner top and same corner underside, normal light scratches from use as well as surface buildup and tarnished areas. The green striped case has a few normal light scratches, tarnished areas and exterior has faint silver gilt.
