Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Dragon Bowl
possibly Ming Dynasty, Wanli period (1573-1620), of steep-sided form on a raised foot, decorated to the exterior with five-claw dragons amid a scrolling peony design above a key-pattern border, the interior decorated with a single five-claw dragon surrounded by scrolling foliage and peach motifs within a double concentric band, the base with a possibly apocryphal six-character Wanli mark to the base, within double concentric bands.

Condition
In overall very good condition with no visible losses, cracks or repairs. Bowl well and foot rim have a
few light surface scuffs and scratches. Bowl exhibits some innate anomalies, including glazing
imperfections and kiln grit to base as are to be expected with the firing process.
