Description
An Egyptian deep green faience ushabti, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, on integral base, depicted mummiform, wearing tripartite wig and false beard, arms folded at chest and holding a pick and hoe; vertical plinth down back. H: 3 1/8 in (7.9 cm). Well-preserved with a dark green glaze going brown in some areas. Ex collection of Prof. Alan Pasch, Maryland.
