Antique French sterling silver tea strainer, late 19th century production.
Napoleon III engraved decoration. There is no monogram in the cartouche : you can engrave yours, or your coat of arms.
French hallmark Minerva 1st standard and silversmith Louis Coignet's (active between 1893 and 1928) stamp.
It is in excellent condition.
