READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING. ITEMS IN THIS HOUSE WILL NEED A GOOD CLEANING. Pick up will be at a residence in Princeton NJ. Address will be provided on invoice to winning bidders. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If an item has damage, we will mention it in the description. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be removed and discarded. There is no preview for this sale. Bidding is open now and ends on Tuesday April 24th 7pm. Make sure you watch the live auction end at 7pm eastern time. Payment is due on Friday April 27th by 3pm and Pick up day is Monday April 30th from 10am-5:00pm. If you miss the pick up day, your items will be considered abandoned. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges. We do not ship any large items or lots containing multiple items. If it is questionable, please email us and ask.
