This Knights Templar pin has an enameled seashell background. The forefront shows a knight holding a banner with "Boston" lettered. It is a "Committee" member's pin. Research reveales that in August 1895, Boston hosted the Knights Templar Triennial Conclave, to which 20,000 Masonic Knights Templar and their wifes gathered. Just mere months later that year, the Masonic Lodge burned down.
