Ivory silk having flat crown and tall brim, the under-brim covered in ruched chiffon, a band of pale lavender cloth flowers flanked by gathered chiffon poufs with long ties, twisted chiffon band with large pouf to either side, satin lining. 12 x 11 x 6. (Splits and shattering to chiffon under-brim, lining splitting away from brim, minor edge wear at crown) good.
