One black and white stripe having nine ribs with three self ruffles, box-pleated bavolet with mesh backing, under-brim having tulle ruffle, black and brown cotton linings, unlined crown, 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 6 1/2, (wear to the edge of brim and bavolet). Good.
