Large Chinese Qing Dynasty Gilt Bronze Seated Sakyamuni Buddha.cast in youthful in appearance, sits in the posture of formal meditation. The eyes gaze forward slightly closed and a dark-russet bronze patina on the forehead (urna) nestled between two long narrow eyebrows.
