Description
The allegorical for summer and fall being a putto eating from a cluster of grapes on rocaille base with putto clutching a sheaf of wheat. The allegories of spring and winter represented by a putto with flowers in a basket gazing down at a figure with fire burning on the rocky rocaille base, blue crossed swords mark under the base.
Spring/winter measures approximately 9.5 x 6.5 inches, summer/fall 10 x 7 inches.

Condition
Summer and Fall: a very small chip from a leaf on the upraised grape cluster, a break from grape vine near putto's right hand loss from the contents of right hand, chips and old repair form the wheat and the previous content of nearby hand, and chips form each set of toes on that same figure, large crack in the base, a line in the other figure's leg, no other chips, cracks or repairs. Spring and Winter: a break to the arm and chips to the flowers of spring, three chipped fingers of the figure in red robe, one chipped flame of the fire, no other chips, cracks or repairs.
