An Indo-Dutch Parcel Ebonized Satinwood Cabinet

in three parts, the superstructure having a molded projecting cornice above the frieze carved to show a continuous grapevine and two paneled doors, the base fitted with three aligned drawers and two paneled doors, the whole flanked by turned foliate carved pilasters and with carved bands of grapevines, raised on toupie feet.
Height 84 1/4 x width 56 x depth 32 1/2 inches.

Sections of the overhanging cornice broken off and over-painted. Minor age cracks in several areas of the molding, particularly on the sides. Scratches, dents and marks in other areas consistent with age. Feet show signs of age and are probably not replacements. With keys. Additional images available upon request.
