LIBBEY DECORATED OPAL PLATE / PLAQUE MADE FOR THE WORLD'S COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION, opaque white with plush finish, featuring a hand-painted depiction of the "SANTA MARIA", inscribed "Copywrighted by / A. E. Smith" to right of title, reverse with red stamped "LIBBEY CUT GLASS / TOLEDO, O" surrounding a spread-wing eagle mark. Decorated by the Smith Brothers for Libbey Glass Co. 1892/1893. 7" D.
Undamaged with no wear.
