TITLE/CONTENT OF MAP: 'Perou et Bolivia'
The borders of both Bolivia and Peru differ markedly from those of today, due to the several wars that have been fought in the intervening period. Notably, these include the War of the Pacific, during which Bolivia lost its Pacific coastline, and the Gran Chaco war between Bolivia and Paraguay
