Provenance:Purchased by the consignor in directly from 'a custom builder' in New York City c. 1968-1970, he does not remember the name but states that the man was in his 30's at the time.

Appears to be in excellent condition, both lower front corners with minor abrasions likely from moving - somewhat visible in image 1. There is a faint partial (1/4) cup ring on the top at the corner, one other water mark appx 1/2 in., door and drawers function perfectly, could stand to be cleaned.
