Description
FRENCH BRASS AND MOTHER-OF-PEARL OPERA GLASSES, LOT OF TWO, brass frames with incised makers marks to edge of eye cup, comprising an example by LeGlaire made for McAllister Optical, Philadelphia and a LeMaire example with engraved name of "Grace Vepstill" on the bridge frame. Second half 19th/early 20th century. 2 3/4" H, 4" W and 3 3/8" H, 4 1/8" W.
Very good condition, expected usage wear, LeMaire example with a detached collar to the interior of one body. Each in working condition.
