No chips or cracks to globe shade. No missing or replaced parts. Adjustment lever in good working order. Light crazing to surface of domed base. Not in working condition -- some wiring repairs will be required. No bends to damage to stem or metal support ring. UPDATE, Dec. 2, 2008: The lamp IS in working condition and does light up.
