Plot summary: A feral child [Mark Weavers] raised by wolves becomes a circus attraction as Etoile, the wolf boy. As an adult [David Rintoul] he flees to Paris after an episode killing someone as a werewolf during a full moon. In Paris he takes a job as a zoo keeper after demonstrating his way with animals; he then falls in love with a prostitute named Christine [Lynn Dalby], becomes jealous of her clients and starts attacking and killing them.
