Description
2nd millennium BC. A group of bronze weapons on a display stand comprising: a short sword with lentoid-section leaf-shaped blade, crescentic guard, flanged hilt; a tapering axehead with curved edge, four ribs to the socket and spur below. See Moorey, P.R.S. Ancient Bronzes From Luristan, London, 1974 and Khorasani, M.M. Arms and Armour from Iran.
