Woodfall, London, an 1809 third edition of "The Anatomist's Vade-Mecum" by Robert Hooper and published by Preston Merrifiled, Windsor, an 1811 edition of "A Practical Essay on Cancer" by Christopher Turner Johnson and published by Edward Parker, Philadelphia, an 1816 edition of "A Compendium of Natural Philosophy, Volume 2" by John Wesley, M.D. and printed for Jonathan Pounder, Philadelphia, an 1821 "Natural and Experimental Philosophy for the Use of Schools" by David Blair, A.M. and published by Conrad, Philadelphia, and an 1828 "First Lines of the Practice of Surgery, Volume 2" by Samuel Cooper and published by Desilver & Cowperthwait, London.
