On the half title in Ansel Adams' hand is a note: "Final Galley Proof. One of Two." Signed "Ansel Adams, San Francisco, California. Friday the 13th of October, 1972." Laid in are two 8x10" black & white photographs, one of the finished book, the other of Ansel Adams signed a copy of his "Images" book. The latter photo is signed by Adams. Previously sold in these rooms in 1996 ($650).
