Description
American, late 19th-early 20th century. A group of three cast iron banks, including:
one "Billiken" still bank by A.C. Williams, marked with title on front and PAT NO. 39603 on back; ht. 4.25, wd. 2.25 in.;
one Buster Brown "Good Luck" horseshoe still bank, marked with title on front; ht. 4, wd. 4.25 in.;
and one reproduction Chrysler brass pig mechanical bank, with tail that moves down to deposit coin, unmarked; ht. 3, wd. 6.5 in.
Condition
Billiken: Paint loss, name is faded, could use a cleaning.
Buster Brown: Light wear and paint loss.
Pig: Tarnish and wear.
Buster Brown: Light wear and paint loss.
Pig: Tarnish and wear.
