German, 1905. A Steiff teddy bear in cinnamon with mohair, center seam, excelsior stuffed, and fully jointed; ht. 15 in.

Condition

Pads replaced (old repair) and stained, missing button, weakening in ankles, non-working crier, and 85-90% fur coverage. One claw missing on bear's right foot, and rest of claws are probably newer but an old repair.
