Circa 1880s large, 7 1/2" long x 4 1/2" high, elaborately painted wooden lady's shoe / boot / slipper pin cushion / pincushion, painted in paisley-like design of blue flowers on vines, shoe / slipper is gold with silk blue ribbon bow, silk shoe laces (some losses), velvet pincushion surrounded with piping - sewing. Very good condition, some loss to lacing.
