Antique Zitan Chinese brush pot carved naturalistically modelled as a hollowed section of an old prunus tree, gnarled and with a flowering small branch of Shoushan stone inlaid Lingzhi fungus curves around the lower body. The attractive Shoushan stones having variegate tones of creme to pale-red shades in color. The Zitan wood shows lustrous purple-brown dark patina, smooth to the touch, with very fine feathery grains.

Excellent condition, with normal anomalies in nature, natural wood imperfection, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dent. Normal consider ages and wears.
