Pair of Zitan Chinese lattice panel master armchairs, the stepped back and arms comprised of open-works carved lattice panels simulating the Longevity Shou character, over a rectangular seat with a shaped apron. Raised on four squared legs joined by box stretchers. The Zitan shows dense wood with smooth purplish patina, dense hardwood, with shimmering feathery fine grains.
