OWEN HUNT WATERCOLOR PAINTING: Portrait of the artist's wife and family (note on verso reads Kyoko Seiko, Reika), signed in graphite on the face, framed: 22.25"h x 29.25"l BIOGRAPHY: Owen Hunt (b. 1941, America) studied painting and printmaking in Kyoto, Japan and works primarily in oil and watercolor depicting figures and landscapes of Japans and the U.S. Hunt has pieces in the permanent collections of: the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; and The British Museum, London. Hunt graduated from the University of Arkansas additionally studying in Kyoto, Japan from 1975-1980 with a Japanese Art Studies Program.
