Circa 1880 Cabinet Card Photograph; Depiction of rider (racer?) with antique bicycle in front of white barn. Notice the headlight attached to the front fork. His pant legs are tied close to the ankles, and he appears to be wearing athletic shoes. His appearance leads me to believe that he was not just a recreational rider. Photograph by M. R.
