Hermès is one of the few luxury fashion brands that have managed to make the crossover to a respected watchmaking company. The first watches to bear the Hermès name appeared as early as the 1920s and some of those models are still part of the current line-up.
This gold plated Heure H, has a well-decorated dial with a gold guilloche pattern, boxy arabic numerals, baton style hour and minute hands and 12 fine lines that split up the dial offering up a very refined appearance.
Elegant and highly legible, there is no Superluminova neither on the indexes, nor on the hands. However, being a dressy watch, the Heure H doesn’t really need any lume whatsoever. There is always enough light in such places were this watch is going to be demonstrated.
The signature Hermes Barenia leather strap with contrast stitching and gold plated safety deployant clasp also adds greatly to the refined elegance of the watch.
The watch is powered by an unspecified quartz caliber created by the Swiss manufacture Vaucher.
