In overall very good condition. Each is solid, tight at the legs and functional. Each exhibits normal minor wear, mars and indications of age and use. Upholstery is in usable condition. There is some sagging in one of the seat cushions, and scattered very light stains to both seats. There is considerable wear and a tear on the underside of one cushion. Soiling to all arm rests.
