Spode (English, founded 1767). Three pieces of English pearlware and porcelain comprising two early Staffordshire leaf shaped blue and white transfer olive dishes in the "Willow" pattern along with a Copeland toothbrush/toilet box having unusual geometric decoration in red, white, black and blue. Toilet box marked to interior lid red underglaze "6869". Underside of box in red underglaze "6869", green underglaze "Copeland", impressed crown and letter "R". Approximate height 2.62", width 8.5", depth 3.62". Neither leaf dish marked. Approximate height of one dish 1", width 5.62", depth 5.12". Approximate height of other dish 1.25", width 6.25", depth 5.5". Toothbrush box with sales card from "JAMES II GALLERIES/11 EAST FIFTY-SEVENTH STREET/.NEW YORK, N.Y. 10022/English Antiques". Interior of card "COPELAND PORCELAIJ TOOTHBRUSH BOX/made in England/circa 1870. Provenance: Provenance: Property from the Private Collection of Mrs. Nancy Rutledge Pogue, Blufton, South Carolina (wife of Mr. William Pogue, who served as an heir to the H. & S.
