This is a very unique antique English diamond ring. According to the hallmarks and stamps it was assayed in Birmingham and hallmarked in 1863. Set in an 18k yellow gold mounting is an antique cut diamond in a very unique bezeled setting. There is a small natural on this diamond. This would be a nice a very different engagement ring but could also be worn as a unique pinky ring.
