This is one of the eight etchings that Zao Wou Ki created for the series "Canto Pisan" to illustrated the text of Ezra Pound.
It was published by Pierre Belfond, Paris and printed by Atelier Bellini in 1972 in a limited edition of only 150 hand signed and numbered impressions.
There were a further 30 HC proofs.

Condition: Very Good condition. Colours strong and bright. Two tiny pinholes, one on top margin one on bottom. Very slight discolouration due to previous matting.
Light foxing marks in bottom margin.
