A fine Chinese Ming blue and white porcelain charger, stoutly potted with gently rounded sides rising from a short gently tapering foot, the broad central interior decorated with iron-red long tailed bird perching on flowering and fruiting Lychee branches, enclosed with fine double blue rings before arrays of floral motif spays on the rim. The underside base left unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground with burnt orange and darker spots in the firing.
