Mauboussin 1950s Solid 18K Yellow Gold & Multi-Color Enamel Brooch W/$15,500 Appraisal - This stunningly rare piece was made by Mauboussin, and was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold. The brooch is in the form of a parrot, and has been exquisitely decorated with vibrant multi-colored guilloche enamel. This brooch is believed to have been made during the 1950s, and is in excellent condition for its age. There is absolutely no damage to the brilliant enamel work, and the piece looks as though it has hardly been worn. The brooch is signed "Mauboussin Paris" along with the gold purity and serial number. The brooch measures approx. 2.25"W x 1"L. This is an extremely rare, retired piece with excellent investment potential.
