A special invitation printed on an airmail envelope with a private addition for the invitee Rabbi Shimon of Koznitz.Â
Rabbi David Twersky of Skver serves as Rebbe in New Square, New York. He emigrated to New York from Bucharest in 1947. After his fathers death in 1968 he was appointed as Rebbe. [In 2001, several members of the Chassidut were arrested, the Rebbe met with the U.S. president of the time - Bill Clinton, to request for him to pardon them, and indeed they were released due to his efforts].Â
