Bob Dylan / Robert Zimmerman Signed Contract for Shebang (1965).  One page, 8.5" x 14", performance agreement between between Selmur Productions, Inc (a subsidiary of ABC) and influential musician Bob Dylan. Dated October 23, 1965, the contract had Dylan to perform on Shebang on November 22, for the sum of $600. Signed in both his stage name and birth name - Robert Zimmerman - at the bottom in blue ink. At the age of 24, Dylan was already a star. Dylan's gift of words transcends any particular medium, and he single handedly elevated Rock to a new artistic level with such early tunes as "Like a Rolling Stone," "Blowin' in the Wind," and "Visions of Johanna." Accompanied by a black and white photograph of Dylan performing. Fine condition, contract has some dampstaining along top margin with some light soiling of red ink. COA from Heritage Auctions.
