Description

Old antique book entitled "Journal of Jos. W. Fawcett - Diary of His Trip in 1840 Down the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers to Gulf of Mexico and up the Atlantic Coast to Boston". Interesting pre-Civil War journey journal. Printed in 1944 by David K. Webb of Chillicothe, Ohio. Book contains approximately 59 printed pages and is about 4" x 5-1/2". Condition: Soiling and occasional edge wear. Binding is intact with a red spine, not sure if this is the original binding.
