Author\'s portrait on the verso of the last not numbered leaf. Slight restoration on the margins of some leaves, genuine copy.

Precious first edition. The title page is decorated with coat of arms and emblems of the city, in the last card is imprinted a great portrait of the printer inside cartouche: it is one of the first portraits of a printer in a book that he produced, a feature noted and commented by Mortimer . The work was edited for the care of Giovan Battista Pigna, a politician and a literate man, called "Pigna" from the paternal specialty, at twenty years already a professor in the Studio.
