A hard to find Norseland* sterling pin design inspired by the great Danish designer Georg Jensen. The softly undulating surface could be leaves or feathers. If you focus instead on the coral cabochons the pin becomes an owl's face. The back is solid, clearly marked Genuine Norseland with the Viking Ship, Sterling and REG. Applied For. Small in size, it measures 1.25" by 7/8", the coral cabs are 6mm in diameter, total weight is 6.6 grams. Very good condition, no damage and minimal wear. A lovely vintage sterling Norseland pin c1940s.
