Description
Mixed lot of 8 foreign and domestic metallic cartridge boxes including a very difficult to find 1) .41 cal. Short Rim Fire full box from the Navy Arms Co. These rounds are most commonly used in the Colt Derringers of the late 19th century. Box is sealed in plastic, appears never opened. 2) Sandia .308 Winchester partial "Match" loads with note on side of box indicating there are 8 unfired rounds in the box and were loaded for the "US Marine Corps Rifle Team", box is excellent. 3) CIL 100 count partial (56 rds.) box of .22 LR RF cartridges. The box is missing both end flaps, remains sealed in shrink wrap with all panels present, clearly legible. 4) Sellier&Bellot partial box .22 Hornet including 10 unfired live rounds, 9 fired empties. VG overall with all panels clearly legible. 5)Remington-UMC partial (37 rounds) 2 piece box of Colt .32automatic, side wrap/top/bottom labels all intact and clearly legible, box is solid structurally. 6) Full box 20 rounds 7.62 Blank military ammunition in plain box, # L31A1, no maker's name visible. 7) Full (sealed in shrink wrap) box of 7.62 x 39 "Made to Hunting Specifications" 20 count box with no manufacturer information. It is speculated these may possible by Russian mfg. 8) "U.M.C .32 A.C.P." head stamped lot of 23 original cartridges in a Case Guard 50 ct. plastic box, ammo is excellent+. $75-150 (RCB-11177)
