Lot of 3 box turkey calls: 1) Calls by Neilsen, Each Call Handcrafted" stamped on bottom. A short box turkey call that appears to be made completely from walnut. Measures 6"L (9" paddle/striker) x 1 3/4"W x 2 1/8"H with outstanding tone. Call appears, little, if any, used and is built similar to Lynch 102. 2) Beautiful bird's eye maple and cedar constructed call that shows no evidence of field use with excellent, high pitched tone. This call features hand cut groves to both side panels mortised into a bird's eye maple base and is finished off with a red cedar striker/paddle. Call measures 6 3/4"L (9 1/2" paddle) x 1 1/2"W x 2 1/8"H and shows no signs of field use—minty. 3) "Steve Segall, Bonne Terre, MO" marked (on bottom) in black ink call measuring 7 1/2"L (9" paddle/striker) x 2"W x 2"H. It appears to be constructed of cedar (body) and soft maple striker/paddle. One side of the tone box is missing the top edge (sliver) and can only be operated with the left side now. The call does emit a very good tone from the left side. Taking in to account the missing sliver, call grades about good+ having never been to the field! $50-100 (RCB-4530)
