CUT DOUBLE OVERLAY PUNTY AND PANEL KEROSENE STAND LAMP, bright rose to white to colorless pyriform font, clusters of five punties alternating with V-grooves and over a band of panels, brass stem, double-step marble base with stamped-brass ornamentation, colorless wafer construction, period No. 1 brass collar. Fitted with a period setup comprising a No. 1 E. Miller & Co. lip burner, 3 1/2" standard shade ring, colorless lip chimney and colorless Oregon shade with cut and frosted floral pattern. Probably Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1855-1880. 19 1/8" H to top of shade,12 3/8" H to top of collar, 4 1/2" SQ foot. Shade 6 1/2" H, 3 1/4" D base.
Undamaged lamp, font with several scattered spots of undissolved metal, as made, edge of marble with normal roughness. Shade with a minor fitter flake, remaining setup articles undamaged.
