PANEL OPTIC MINIATURE LAMP, colorless opalescent, globular-form font, blue applied base with five raised toes, each with a shell pattern, appropriate panelled pattern colorless shade with opalescent scalloped rim, period collar. Fitted with a period burner, later panel optic colorless opalescent chimney. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 7 3/4" H to top of shade, 3 3/4" H to top of collar, 3 1/2" D foot.
Excellent condition, font undamaged, one toe with a chip/roughness, shade fitter with some possible post-production polishing, scattered manufacturing imperfections including bubbles and tiny potstones, collar with light denting. Burner deflector with denting and ill-fitting, chimney undamaged.
