A wonderful Art Nouveau/Deco (revival) signed brooch from Netherlands designer, Ermani Bulatti. Large coppery Topaz crystal and insect in the original box with the original tag, purchased in London c 1970s.His works were created and marketed in the 70s and 80. They were sold globally through high end department stores and boutiques. Characterized by a bold oversize look, his works are known for exquisite detail and design. Size is 2 3/4" wide x 2 1/4" high. The jewelry of Ermani Bulatti is characterised by their Art Deco and Italian influences. It uses high quality brass finished with silver-plated materials and bronze. The Jewelry was hand finished in which extensive use is made of mother of Pearl, pearls, shells and Crystal (typically Swarovski Crystal). Weight 6 oz. PROVENANCE: A Charleston SC Private Estate.
