Description
A PATINATED BRONZE FIGURAL SCULPTURE, CIRCA 1949, signed indistinctly in bronze, a figure of a man in a loin cloth, wielding a sword over a nude, crouching woman, above a coin and jewelry filled treasure chest, on a white marble base. Height: 34" Width: 19" Depth: 17"
Condition
Some white and orange/brown patina throughout. The shield rope is broken in a few areas and with an apparent repair attaching it back to the figure, and the base has some surface soil and dust debris, but otherwise in very good condition, wear commensurate with age.
