Description
Eva Zeisel, a Casserole with lid (model 3349), Schramberger Majolika-Fabrik, Schramberg, Germany, circa 1929-35. Décor: 3525 (later nicknamed White Mondrian). Height: 7 1/2 in. (19 cm); length over handles: 11 1/2 in. (29.2 cm). 1620-013. Provenance: A Private German Collection. Note: The square foot on which this piece is raised is very unusual for Zeisel’s work.
