Description
ARCH VASE, brilliant sapphire blue, deep conical bowl with a gauffered ten-petal rim, raised on a double-knop stem, hexagonal three-step standard, and hexagonal base, wafer construction. Mt. Washington Glass Works. 1845-1860. 11 1/8" H, 4 1/2" D rim, 4 1/4" DOA base.
Moderate chip to the exterior of the rim, otherwise undamaged. Some typical roughness to the base, as made.
