Chinese, 20th century. A large famille rose on turquoise ground porcelain table lamp, converted from a vase, of cylindrical baluster form with flared lip rim and foo dog mask handles, decorated with birds and phoenix amidst blooming peony and leafy floral motif, mounted on a wood turned base. Approximate height 30.37" (including socket).

Lamp has been drilled in the bottom to allow for electrical cord. Some repairs to the neck not overly distracting but responding strongly to black light. Chips and wear to mouth and foot commensurate with age and usage. Lamp is loose in base and would benefit from tightening.
